"text": "Camera trap data package from the Wildlife Observatory of Australia's Wildlife Camera Database. Dataset ID: QLD_Wet_Tropics_feral_cats_Bruce_2019-20_WildObsID_0007. This project aimed to understand several research questions relating to feral cat ecology in tropical rainforest environments. Cameras were deployed roughly every 2 kilometers one on the road and one 50m away in the habitat. The key questions it aimed to understand were 1.What are the biotic and abiotic factors dictating feral cat occupancy \n2. Is there any evidence that dingoes are affecting feral cat activity or spatial distribution\n3. For native species appropriately detected by camera traps is there any evidence feral cats are affecting their spatial distribution or activity? Data accessed via WildObs (https://wildobs.org.au).",
