Description

The main aim of this pilot project is to investigate the validity and reliability of the Reflectal Psychosocial Hazard Measure. Furthermore, the correlations between the sub-scales (e.g., role clarity, job demands, bullying) that make up psychosocial hazards in the workplace, as measured by the proposed scale, will be explored to help assess convergent and divergent validity. This research will inform further development and the validation of longitudinal data collection at a later phase (phase two).
