The project aims to examine the impacts of 'placement poverty' of a targeted cohort of Bachelor of Nursing students, with particular interest in the impacts of student from equity cohorts. The projects will evaluate and compare the impact of two interventions – individual financial support and an online education module – on students participation, placement experience, and overall wellbeing during their practicums.
