      "text": "The aim of this project is to explore the effectiveness and the implementability of the Midwifery Student Peer Debriefing Tool (Buchanan et al., 2024), in the intended implementation settings and to evaluate the implementation process. We intend to use Hybrid Type 1 methodology (described by Landes et al., 2020) for this project. The predominant focus will be on testing the clinical intervention’s effectiveness, but exploration of implementation related factors will also be conducted. We will employ a simple evaluation survey to determine effectiveness, and we will also complete a process evaluation to capture participants’ implementation experience, their suggestions for the intervention’s adaption for use in real world midwifery practice, and/or what else they feel is required to prepare /support the people and place implementing the Tool.",
