There is no current evidence-based information to guide what the research priority areas are for Doctors’ health and wellbeing in Australia and New Zealand.

A group of subject experts will participate in a Delphi study with three online surveys. Research questions: What are the priorities for doctors’ health research in Australia? What are the priorities for doctors’ health research in New Zealand?

The aims of this study are to: • establish consensus regarding the research priorities for doctors’ health and wellbeing in Australia and New Zealand. • define a coordinated national research strategy that enables funding to be allocated where it will be most effective to enable a strong foundation for supporting doctors’ health and wellbeing.
