      "text": "In Australia more than 97% of women give birth in hospital. Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) accounts for the highest proportion of births in NSW, and the highest proportion of women from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.[1] Women who are marginalized, including refugees, migrants, asylum seekers (collectively referred to as CALD), face a multitude of barriers to maternity services, [2] substantially impacting their care. The aim of the study is to understand what constitutes as barriers and facilitators in providing the optimum care for these women, and how we can use this information to facilitate respectful models of care\nfor them. We will be employing a qualitative study method ( with an interpreter), in-depth face to face individual interviews, utilizing theory - informed interpretive frameworks to understand the CALD's women's experiences.",
