Description

The primary aim of this research project is to identify and analyse the exemplary strategies employed by NSW school leaders to optimise student motivation and engagement in learning within an AI-integrated educational environment. The central research question is: "What are the exemplary strategies that NSW school leaders employ to optimise student motivation and engagement in learning in an AI world?" This is supported by six sub-questions exploring the impact of AI on engagement, specific strategies implemented by leaders, the rationale behind those strategies, success factors in AI integration, the role of inclusive practices, and enhanced student learning outcomes resulting from AI use.
