      "text": "The average age of residents within Australian aged care facilities is 86 years old, comprising of 50% men and 50% women. This research project is focused on the aged care residents of the three Mission Australia aged care facilities, of which service a unique population. The people Mission Australia supports experience significant disadvantages such as physical or mental health concerns, and do not have a safe place to call home. As such, the age range in these sites is much younger, from 50-90 years old, and the gender breakdown is more male dominated, with 75% males and 25% females. Therefore, standardized aged care leisure and lifestyle applications may not be as relevant to these sites and this survey, which the government requires to be undertaken, will allow tailored consumer-centred care. The aim of our project is to analyse and compare the offerings leisure and lifestyle of rural and metropolitan Mission Australia Aged Care facilities and to facilitate more meaningful activities. The study objective is to ensure the leisure and lifestyle services provided to consumers at Mission Australia Aged Care sites are appropriate and relatable to them, as well as find aspects that need improvement.",
