Description

The primary objective of BREATHE SMART is to implement a system of patient self-screening in general practice “waiting rooms” that is fully integrated within practice IT systems and workflow. The self-screening system will link with electronic decision support that facilitates evidence-based management of dyspnoea in rural communities.
