The aim is to identify intrinsic and extrinsic factors that support nurses following crisis. \n A validated instrument the Post Traumatic Growth Inventory, will be used in the quantitative phase to measure Personal Strength, Spiritual Change, New Possibilities, Appreciation of Life and Relation to others. The qualitative phase will comprise focus groups from the sub-disciplines of nurses: academics; clinicians; researchers; and managers and will explore intrinsic and extrinsic factors related to growth. Descriptive statistics will be used to analyse quantitative data and thematic analysis will be used for qualitative data. The team comprises nurses from academia, research, clinical and management. \nProf Betihavas who is the CI on this project has experience researching post traumatic growth as an investigator within national and international research teams.", "type": { "id": "https://vocabulary.raid.org/description.type.schema/318", "schemaUri": "https://vocabulary.raid.org/description.type.schema/320" }, "language": { "id": "eng", "schemaUri": "https://www.iso.org/standard/74575.html" } } ], "access": { "type": { "id": "https://vocabularies.coar-repositories.org/access_rights/c_abf2/", "schemaUri": "https://vocabularies.coar-repositories.org/access_rights/" }, "statement": { "text": "Access statement example text...", "language": { "id": "eng", "schemaUri": "https://www.iso.org/standard/74575.html" } }, "embargoExpiry": "2025-07-26" }, "alternateUrl": [], "contributor": [ { "id": "https://orcid.org/0000-0002-9841-2630", "schemaUri": "https://orcid.org/", "status": "UNAUTHENTICATED", "uuid": "444b7e2c-5588-4987-a5a0-81fac6c90d0a", "position": [ { "schemaUri": "https://vocabulary.raid.org/contributor.position.schema/305", "id": "https://vocabulary.raid.org/contributor.position.schema/307", "startDate": "2024-09-01" } ], "role": [ { "schemaUri": "https://credit.niso.org/", "id": "https://credit.niso.org/contributor-roles/conceptualization/" }, { "schemaUri": "https://credit.niso.org/", "id": "https://credit.niso.org/contributor-roles/data-curation/" }, { "schemaUri": "https://credit.niso.org/", "id": "https://credit.niso.org/contributor-roles/project-administration/" } ], "leader": true, "contact": true } ], "organisation": [ { "id": "https://ror.org/02stey378", "schemaUri": "https://ror.org/", "role": [ { "schemaUri": "https://vocabulary.raid.org/organisation.role.schema/359", "id": "https://vocabulary.raid.org/organisation.role.schema/182", "startDate": "2024-09-01" } ] } ], "subject": [ { "id": "https://linked.data.gov.au/def/anzsrc-for/2020/4206", "schemaUri": "https://vocabs.ardc.edu.au/viewById/316", "keyword": [ { "text": "Subject keyword example text...", "language": { "id": "eng", "schemaUri": "https://www.iso.org/standard/74575.html" } } ] } ], "relatedRaid": [], "relatedObject": [], "alternateIdentifier": [], "spatialCoverage": [] }
