Description

The aim of the research project is to explore the perceptions of Catholic school principals about their spiritual wellbeing. In particular, to explore ways the principals consider their spiritual wellbeing is supported, and how their spiritual wellbeing influences their role and how they lead. Given this aim, there are two research questions: 1. In what ways do Catholic school principals perceive their spiritual wellbeing is supported? 2. How do Catholic school principals perceive their spiritual wellbeing influences their role and how they lead?
