"text": "Patient safety is a crucial objective for health service organizations and is often used as an indicator of the quality of care provided. A poor patient safety culture can lead to adverse events, increasing patient morbidity, mortality, hospitalizations, and overall healthcare costs. This study is to assess the patient safety culture among OR nurses at Royal Perth Hospital using the A-HSOPS 2.0. This cross-sectional survey tool, developed by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (ACSQHC), will help identify key areas for improvement in patient safety culture, with the ultimate goal of enhancing patient safety.",
